To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the number of days you reserve.You will be responsible for damage done by you or your pets to units, boats, and equipment. A $100 deposit is required. A $50 deposit is required for less than 5 days. Reservations will be held for 2 weeks, pending receipt of deposit or confirmation by telephone using MC or Visa. Deposit is not refundable unless we are able to rent your unit. OFF-SEASON: September 15 to May 15, up to 50% off lodging rates. Special monthly rates available.
