We offer five, rustic cottages and a variety of condos with gorgeous lake views. An in-ground swimming pool with a covered pavilion, a "rainy-day" recreational room, a playground, and a covered barbeque area. The fishing is great on the crystal clear waters of Bull Shoals Lake. Our 10 stall boat dock has shad lights, sunken fish hatcheries and a fish cleaning station. The lake has quiet coves and rock ledges where the big fish await your bait. So bring your boat or rent one of ours - either way you’ll have a great time. Wildlife flourishes in the quiet Promise Land area. Watch the deer, birds, butterflies and other creatures that roam our grounds.
